Inside Wild Joy Movement Club, we blend movement, mindset, reflection, and community to help women untether from toxic fitness culture and rediscover what becomes possible when movement supports our wellbeing instead of harming it.

This is not about proving yourself.

Wild Joy movement club helps women rebuild self-trust, confidence, and joyful fulfillment.

You do not need to already feel confident, be “in shape”, run fast (or run at all), have perfect consistency, know what you’re doing, or earn your place here.

You are allowed to start exactly where you are.
