Wild Joy movement club helps women rebuild self-trust, confidence, and joyful fulfillment.
You do not need to already feel confident, be “in shape”, run fast (or run at all), have perfect consistency, know what you’re doing, or earn your place here.
You are allowed to start exactly where you are.

Each session explores topics like habit-building, nervous system awareness, beginner movement support, self-belief, and releasing perfectionism - helping you create a more empowering relationship with movement and yourself.
Monthly “Wild Joy Gatherings”: Live community calls where we come together to connect, reflect, celebrate wins, navigate challenges, and support one another in the journey of becoming. These gatherings are a space for honest conversation, encouragement, and remembering that you were never meant to do this alone
